Key Responsibilities: Manage 2–3 projects concurrently, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Oversee site managers and provide strategic direction. Handle procurement, contract administration, and project reporting. Attend site as required to ensure smooth operations. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of project management, procurement, and contract administration. Ability to multitask and lead teams across multiple sites. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Full Australian work rights and Perth-based experience.
