The Company On behalf of an established services organisation, we are seeking an experienced Payroll/Finance Officer to join a small but mighty finance team. This role is based in Kogarah with easy links to Public Transport as well we parking onsite. Initially it will be a 3 month role with a good chance of extension, working 3 days per week. The Role For this position we are on the lookout for an engaging candidate with strong oral and written communication. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your day to day responsibilities will include: Processing a small fortnightly payroll Ensure accurate payment of wages, superannuation and government taxes Manage any payroll related queries coming from staff to head office Credit card & bank reconciliations Following up on outstanding accounts Ad Hoc finance assistance across the team Your Profile The successful candidate will have: Minimum 2 year's experience in payroll Strong understanding of different EBAs and Awards High attention to detail Excellent communication skills The ability to work autonomously as required but also have a cohesive attitude towards the team Please apply directly through this advert.
