Role Title : Contract Administrator Start Date : ASAP End Date : 3 months from start date (will convert into perm position) Pay Rate : $38.50 per hour Superannuation Location : Alexandria Depot Hours of Work : 7.6 hours per day, 38 hours per week About the Role We are looking for two motivated and resilient Contract Administrators to join our Cleansing and Resource Recovery unit working on the Cleanaway Domestic Waste collections contract. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in managing contract delivery, customer relations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular in-field inspections (approx. half a day) to monitor service delivery and compliance, including tasks like photographing bins and illegal dumps. Resolve customer complaints confidently via the Pathways system, gathering relevant information and providing effective solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email inquiries. Attend occasional onsite meetings with building managers to address concerns. Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail when completing repetitive weekly workflows. Skills & Experience Strong customer service experience, with the ability to manage conflict and resolve issues effectively. Proven ability to communicate confidently and professionally over the phone and via email. Proficient with MS Office and Outlook. Experience with CRM systems and the ability to learn new systems (Pathways, GeoCortex, OneCRM). An interest in contract management (beneficial but not essential). Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive and collaborative problem-solving attitude. Ideal Candidate Resilient, with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations and environments. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills, ideally with call center experience. Able to work both independently and within a team of 10. Willingness to split work between office-based duties and field inspections (50/50). Australian citizen or permanent resident preferred. Why Apply?
