The role The role involves leading an early years kindergarten program and managing an experienced early years team in a beautiful kindergarten room. Key duties include: Supervise and guide Early Years Educators : Oversee the work of Early Years educators in your space. Create Routines : Set up effective daily routines and systems within the classroom. Develop Curriculum : Plan, carry out, and assess the children's learning within the educational program. Work Together and collaboration : Collaborate with leaders, coworkers, families, children, and the community. About you We are looking for: Minimum Qualification : Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (0-8) Dynamic Educator : Love working in a busy kindergarten environment and confident in leading a team of experienced educators. Curriculum Knowledge : Familiarity with Victorian and National Curriculum Frameworks, National Quality Standards, and current regulations. Clearances : Valid VIT and Working with Children’s Check.
