Key Responsibilities: Oversee contract administration and financial management to ensure compliance and budget alignment. Assist with procurement, cost forecasting, and tender preparation . Manage progress claims, contract variations, and reporting . Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery. Maintain accurate project documentation and track contract performance. What You’ll Need: Experience working on fitout or refurbishment projects . Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field . Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills. High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving approach. Commitment to Health & Safety standards . Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights .
