Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain client records, files, and correspondence. Managing billing processes and specific client invoicing requirements, including drafting and circulating invoices and distributing invoices to clients. Ensure all financial activities align with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Assist the team to work effectively and efficiently, to deliver exceptional client service and meet team and business goals. Working proactively within your team and the broader business to support accuracy, effectiveness and a great client experience. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing within business systems. Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and communication. About You You will be highly motivated and detail-oriented professional as a Team Administrator. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in administrative or assistant roles and demonstrate exceptional organisational and multitasking skills. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and capable of managing a variety of tasks in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with invoicing and contract compliance is highly regarded. Must have at least 3 years' experience in a financial services organisation Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude" Have excellent presentation and communication skills A proactive and approachable professional who excels in stakeholder management. Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding time management skills. A natural problem-solver, skilled in identifying root causes, recommending solutions, and expediting resolutions effectively. Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies. Strong organisational and customer service expertise, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
