Role overview: Working part time flexible hours over 5 days, you will report to the General Manager and be required to undertake the general administration of the business to ensure the smooth operation. Main responsibilities: Be the ‘face of the business’ as the first point of contact: answering telephone calls, emails and other correspondence Complete all general administration functions for the business and the General Manager Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients Enter, maintain and manage tasks in the job management system from start to finish Onboarding of new staff, including ordering new uniforms and creating the training matrix Action police clearances and all employment checks for employees Raising purchase orders for material and any follow up Book in quotes and provide costing of jobs following the quote Monthly updates with our SEO company Schedule and take minutes of meetings Create monthly and quarterly newsletters Write relevant blogs for the website Make process improvements Providing updates to the team on safety and compliance What you will bring: Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in office administration Background working in trade business highly desirable Experience using Servicem8 or similar tradie job management software highly desirable Experience using XERO or similar accounting software highly desirable Proficient in MS Office Suite Able to work individually demonstrating initiative, but also willing and capable to work as part of a team High level communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Highly motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to take initiative and make recommendations for process improvement Excellence organisation, problem solving, and time management skills Able to multitask and adapt when plans change Current driving licence To Apply: Click ‘Apply’ and upload your current resume addressing the above criteria.
