This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cloud technologies and looking to take on exciting internal projects. You'll be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, enhancing IT processes, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiencies across the business. Exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 environments (Intune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Manage and configure cloud infrastructure and on-premises servers. Set up, monitor, and test backup and disaster recovery systems. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance IT efficiency and security. Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and industry regulations. Opportunity to project manage IT initiatives, including scheduling and resource allocation. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. Stay up to date with cybersecurity best practices to enhance system security. Role Requirements: Previous experience in an enterprise IT environment. Previous experience in Systems Administration (M365/Azure). Strong team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications in Microsoft 365 or Azure (highly regarded).
