Tasks & Responsibilities Front reception and phone monitoring. Welcoming clients for meetings. Working both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team. Ensuring accurate document preparation with strong attention to detail. Preparing and maintaining client records, files, and correspondence. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships. Experience with Xplan/Midwinter will be looked upon favourably. Liaising with third parties regarding client matters. Assisting with general administrative tasks within the business. Working closely with the practice manager, client services team, and financial advisers to support daily activities.
