The Company: This company is one of Australia's leading event suppliers. The provide world-class event and exhibition solutions for an incredibly diverse range of clients. They are looking for a new Exhibition Administrator to join their Melbourne team to offer seamless services for their clients. Position Terms: Full-Time Permanent Role Working 5 days a week from the office Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 plus super Occasional outside of normal business hours work required for events The Role: The Exhibition Administrator will report to the State Manager and will work within the Exhibition Department. This role is responsible for proving the necessary administration and customer service support to the Account Manager to ensure the successful delivery of exhibitions. Key Responsibilities include; Responsible for liaising with Account Managers and Event Organisers to create and process the required show information for multiple exhibitions at a time Ensure communication and information flow within all internal departments is maintained and are up to date. Prepare the Exhibitor Kits for each event as required. Provide excellent customer service at all times including when your are onsite. Provide Admin support to other departments including the Exhibitor Service Department and onsite customer service. Manage multiple exhibitions simultaneously with different lead-times. Assist on-site with the bump-in, bump-out and delivery of events. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a passion for events and a strong customer service background. Experience volunteering or working on exhibition events would be an advantage. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Suite is essential.
