The Role of Contracts Administrator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contract administrator to join our team. As a contract administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring. You will work closely with our project managers and legal team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines. Responsibilities: Manage the contract administration process, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring Review and analyse contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements Collaborate with project managers to ensure that contracts are executed in a timely and efficient manner Identify and resolve any issues or disputes related to contract compliance Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders Ensure that all contract-related documents and records are accurate and up-to-date Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve contract administration efficiency and effectiveness Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction management, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in a construction or engineering industry Experience working on largescale construction project from $70m upwards Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and procurement Benefits and perks: Access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Market competitive Salary and excellent working environment Excellent Leave Polices that include purchased Annual Leave, Work Life Balance Days, Community Days and generous Parental Leave scheme Collaborative and values-based workplace culture Sporting and Social events Professional Memberships Discounts on Travel, Retail and Health How to apply Applications should be made by submitting a CV and cover letter online outlining your interest, motivation and what you would bring to this role by way of background.
