Sales Representative: Instrumentation (Brisbane Northside) About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic Internal Instrument Sales / Service Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support sales and service operations in a growing, family-owned company. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Provide counter and phone sales, including service support. Process orders, sales, and service transactions. Assist with product research and support the external sales team. Manage spare part inventory and check incoming stock. Liaise with suppliers and provide customers with ETAs. General administration and housekeeping duties (including OH&S). Skills & Experience: Experience in technical sales or service support, ideally in process instrumentation or related fields. Strong communication skills, both phone and face-to-face. Attention to detail with inventory and order processing. Ability to work independently and in a team. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
