POSITION SUMMARY HCPA is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our Early Learning team. The main role of the Sales Consultant will be to generate revenue for HCPA by selling Early Learning services and to support our delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of sales and business development with achieving and exceeding KPIs. This role is perfect for experienced Sales Consultant who are strategic thinkers with a creative edge, and who can thrive in a fast paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and effective communication. Build rapport to ensure client needs are met. Aggressive approach in product and service selling and value offering. Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and deliver impactful sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and support sales initiatives. Actively promote the features and benefits of our SaaS and tech platform, demonstrating its value to prospective clients. ROLE REQUIREMENTS 5 years of continuous sales experience Most recent job must be in sales Account Management experience Proficiency in MS Excel Consulting experience a plus Strong track record in both B2B and B2C sales. Exceptional client relationship management and ability to identify business opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Relevant business-related qualifications are highly regarded. A passion for sales and an understanding of how it can drive business growth.
