Job Title: Remote Project Administrator (6-Month Contract with Temp-to-Perm Opportunity) Location: Remote Contract Duration: 6 Months (with high potential for Temp-to-Perm) Job Type: Full-time Techforce are currently seeking a skilled Project Administrator for a high-profile client. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a critical project that offers remote flexibility with the potential to transition to a permanent role after the initial six-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management and project administration, contributing to the success of the client's CSCS contract. Purpose of the Role: The Project Administrator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and updating key project documents, ensuring they are compliant, accurate, and accessible to stakeholders. The role involves overseeing document control throughout the lifecycle of all project materials, with a particular focus on the Operating Manual Project. The successful candidate will need to stay on top of any operational, legal, or client-related changes to ensure the project documents are always up-to-date. Key Responsibilities: Document Control: The Project Administrator will manage document control for all project documents, ensuring they are properly categorized, filed, and accessible. This includes ensuring that version control is maintained throughout the document lifecycle. Document Preparation & Updates: The candidate will prepare, review, revise, and update various project documents, including manuals, plans, forms, checklists, templates, standards, policies, and procedures. They will ensure these documents align with industry best practices and are updated as per relevant timeframes, or more frequently if changes occur due to operational practices, legal updates, or client requirements. Operating Manual Project: A significant aspect of the role will involve overseeing the Operating Manual Project. This includes updating the Operating Manual in accordance with the review calendar and integrating updates based on the Commissioner’s Operating Policies & Procedures and client feedback. Staying Current: The Project Administrator will be required to stay informed on any changes to contracts, policies, laws, and operational practices. They must ensure that project documentation is updated accordingly based on these changes. Stakeholder Reporting: The successful candidate will report to stakeholders on the status, completion, and revisions of project documents, ensuring transparency and effective communication. Document Distribution: The Project Administrator will be responsible for distributing project documents to the appropriate stakeholders or ensuring they are easily accessible to the right teams. Key Requirements: Proven experience in project administration or document control roles Strong knowledge of document management systems and version control policies Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working with operating manuals or large-scale documentation projects Ability to manage multiple documents and update them in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CSCS contracts or similar regulatory/compliance documents Knowledge of legal and operational compliance requirements Excellent communication skills, particularly in reporting to stakeholders and distributing documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously Experience with policy and procedure coordination What Techforce Offers: Competitive salary based on experience Flexible remote working environment High potential for permanent employment after the 6-month contract Opportunity for professional development and career growth Supportive and collaborative team culture
