The Role · Drive continuous improvement focused on key customer service metrics · Daily planning of staff and workload · Ensure stock levels are tracked and maintained accurately using inventory management systems · Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment is maintained. · Efficiently handle and manage stock, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Skills & Experience · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center · Proven leadership ability and valid forklift license · Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, WMS, or similar). · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. · A commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
