Join a Leading Organization & Make a Difference About the organisation: Are you a compassionate and customer-focused professional looking for an opportunity to support individuals navigating health and aged care services. Due to an expansion, we're seeking over 20 individual Inbound & Outbound Sales Customer Service Consultants for a Call Centre with an immediate start on April 1st to assist customers in accessing and transitioning into the care services they need. About the Role: You will play a vital role in supporting new and existing customers through personalized health and aged care guidance. You will manage inbound & outbound inquiries, nurture leads and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Working within a highly collaborative team, you will use digital tools and structured interaction guides to provide an exceptional customer experience. Duties: Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries, build rapport and provide tailored guidance on available care services. Lead Management: Nurture prospective customers, manage referrals, and drive conversion rates. Onboarding Support: Assist with service agreements, initial assessments, and transition planning. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including scheduling and care partners, to ensure smooth service delivery. Compliance & Governance: Adhere to industry regulations, maintain accurate records, and uphold workplace health and safety standards. Key focus on KPIS Skills & Experience: Strong background in aged care, community services, or healthcare customer support (Highly Desired) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Strong background in Sales and Contact Call Centre - Interfacing experience Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Experience working with digital CRM is highly desirable. Certificate III or above in community care, aged care, or administration (desirable but not essential).
