Job Description What You’ll Do: Staff Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team by training and rostering staff, ensuring they are up to date with licenses and trained in safety procedures. Monitor performance, facilitate weekly meetings, and approve leave requests while representing the team in Health & Safety committees. Warehouse and Inventory Management: Oversee efficient stock rotation and allergen-based storage, maintain raw material supply, and monitor stock levels. Manage inward goods and 3PL Warehouse materials, ensure accurate location management, and maintain a clean, pest-free environment. Health & Safety: Champion Health & Safety procedures by raising maintenance concerns and incident reports promptly. Ensure staff are correctly uniformed with approved PPE and continuously review processes for improvements. General: Collaborate with internal customers to identify opportunities and develop Warehouse SOPs. Attend meetings, maintain knowledge of Warehouse databases, and manage the quality and inventory levels of assets, raising concerns and maintenance requests as needed.
