About the role: Reporting to the General Counsel as part of a large legal team, as well as working in closely with executives from different business units, your role will see you: assisting with the legal requirements across the business including drafting and advising on procurement, marketing/sales and IT contracts; working closely with procurement and business heads on general contract management; assisting on the management of the intellectual property portfolio across the business; advising on privacy, policy, governance and general legislative requirements; managing external providers particularly on litigation matters where required; assisting the business on an as needs basis on ad hoc legal advice as well as working collaboratively with the legal, risk and compliance function. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: a minimum 5 years' PAE and an unrestricted practicing certificate; demonstrated experience in commercial and contract law; ideally top tier or large national law firm training and in-house experience; commerciality and an ability to interact across the business at various levels.
