We are currently looking for a New Vehicle Sales Manager to join the team at Ford Narellan. What the role entails: Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the Sale’s team. Manage and review sales team with regards to monthly sales targets Conduct daily and weekly sales meeting with sales’ team. Assist in the development of advertising work campaigns and other promotions. Foster a collaborative and customer-focused sales environment. Attend managers meetings as required. Maintain a professional appearance and build positive workplace relations with all stakeholders. What we are looking for: Strong understanding of the automotive industry 3- 5 years experience working within a Sales role Proven automotive sales management experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
