We are looking for a motivated dental assistant looking for a flexible casual role. TLC Dentist is a privately owned, busy practice in the heart of Earlwood, Sydney, and we're excited to welcome a new team member At TLC Dentist, we’ve been proudly serving our community for over 10 years. Our experienced, friendly team is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalised care in a modern, welcoming environment. We offer comprehensive dental services for all ages, including cleans, fillings, root canals, crowns, bridges, implants, and more. This casual position is for 2 days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) , with flexibility to cover extra shifts as needed. Our hours are 9 AM–6 PM (Mon–Fri) and 9 AM–2 PM on Saturdays. You'll enjoy a supportive, fun environment with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. Key Responsibilities: Chairside assistance & sterilisation duties Front office tasks: calls, bookings, recalls, patient communication Payment processing, treatment room prep & cleaning Maintaining strict infection control protocols What We’re Looking For: Strong communication & multitasking skills Reliable, polite, and committed to patient care Quick learner, able to work independently & in a team Cert III in Dental Assisting (preferred) Experience with D4W software (a plus) Unrestricted Australian working rights Ready to Apply?
