As a key player in our sales organization, you'll be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, nurturing leads, and setting the stage for successful sales. Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) What you can look forward to doing: Prospect & Qualify: Identifying and qualifying potential customers/leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, and screening these potential customers through cold calls & emails Build relationships: Be the first line of contact with prospects and existing customers & identify their needs (customer care or sales) Sales Enablement: Setup meetings/calls between customers & Account Executives / Gain a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our Account Executives up for success. Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing plans Utilize Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills. Every potential customer is an opportunity for you to assist with our sales organization’s revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling) Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Familiarity with Google Workspace Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs) Knowledgeable w/ Marketing automation platforms would be a plus What's Next?
