About the Client A true WA success story, this locally owned and operated Company manufactures, supplies and services equipment, machinery & vehicle parts for the mining industry. With over 150 staff across Australia and six international locations, they service hundreds of mining customers globally. About the Opportunity The role of the Sales Representative is to help drive revenue growth by developing and maintaining relationships with business clients. This role focuses on client engagement, lead generation and sales support, ensuring a seamless sales process and high customer satisfaction. Located SOR, this full-time role (37 hours per week) offers autonomy with very strong potential to progress into a variety of areas within the business. Ideally, the goal is to train, prepare and promote you for a larger sales role in 6-12 months. Key Performance Objectives Identify and qualify potential business clients through research, networking, and outreach. Generate new business opportunities via phone calls, emails, and online platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and presentations. About you Ideally, this will suit someone with 1-2 years experience in B2B sales. You’ll be a natural communicator who is great at building both internal and external relationships This is a growth opportunity An ability to be coachable, take on advice and learn on the fly will be invaluable to you. You can contribute independently or as part of a wider team, with excellent organisational abilities.
