121212 Month Federal Government Contract Baseline clearance required as a minimum Canberra based but remote considered for strong candidates Our Federal Government Client is seeking a Splunk Monitoring Engineer to join the The Enterprise Monitoring team. This team is tasked with enhancing the departments monitoring capability across business systems and services so that potential system issues can be identified and resolved earlier, reducing service disruption for exporters, importers, and other business critical functions. The duties performed will include: Technical development, user configuration, and continuous improvement of Splunk ITSI. Onboarding of new services into Splunk ITSI including service decomposition and associated testing. Assist with ITSI documentation and knowledge-based articles. Development and maintenance of Splunk ITSI dashboarding solutions. Adds, moves, and changes for existing Splunk ITSI services. Technical collaboration with key service partners, technical teams, and business. When required, represent, and assist with technical changes (start to finish) under the ITIL framework. Splunk ITSI for log aggregation and integration with service management. Splunk ITSI technical integrations with other key monitoring tools Custom Splunk reporting for Export Services.
