About the Role As a Workforce Management Support Offidcer you will play a crucial role in supporting one of the organisation's most high-profile teams . Your work will ensure smooth operations , efficient workforce coordination , and the effective running of the division to support frontline services. In this role, you will: Coordinate team activities by organising and scheduling meetings and forums. Manage documentation and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration. Streamline rostering processes , ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational guidelines. Work with precision and efficiency , maintaining organised and accessible records. About You We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in high-level administrative support with a focus on workforce coordination. Tech-savvy , with a love for data and efficiency and improving processes. An excellent communicator , with strong written and verbal skills to engage with colleagues at all levels. Proficient in business tools and software, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organised , with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
