Your next sales role… Will be within in a team environment; however, you will be the focal point of the sales process, tailoring property solutions through your excellence in customer service and product knowledge. To ensure the project aligns with our customers, you will be working with our Sales Directors & Marketing team to generate additional insights, ensuring we are correctly targeting tailored messages that support your sales process. Some of the processes that make up this sales role include: Utilise our CRM system to manage new & existing clients in an efficient, methodical approach. Utilise builder relationships to establish house & land packages tailored to your clientele. Formulate weekly and monthly estate project insights, generating proactive sales strategies. With your commitment, we will assist you to quickly become an expert of the region, understanding your product, the competitions product & prices, and any current & future PSP’s. About you… The right fit for this role, will be a personable, team player, with a desire to achieve results and subsequently, have an ability to earn a great remuneration package. From your substantial experience in the property industry and exposure to a variety of stakeholders, you will know how to build & maintain relationships quickly as a trusted expert. Fundamentally, you will have the following experience and qualifications: Experience using Office 365 and CRM systems. Demonstrated experience of managing clients through the sales process.
