About the Role As Sales Manager - ANZ , you will spearhead growth within Private & Independent Schools, and Catholic, Anglican and other Systemic Systems. You’ll lead, empower and enable a team of Sales professionals ensuring they excel in building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and position Schoolbox to achieve long term success. Your mission? Expand Schoolbox’s footprint , drive Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth , and position our Schoolbox as the preferred partner. What You’ll Be Doing Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and execute sales strategies to grow ARR and expand market presence. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance, target-driven culture. Work closely with marketing to turn high-quality leads into opportunities. Develop a results driven and proactive sales culture, that promotes ownership and accountability within the team Lead the Schoolbox Sales team at key industry events and conferences. Market Expansion & Business Development Identify and nurture opportunities within the Australian and New Zealand education sectors. Leverage relationships within school networks, associations, and partners. Strategically position Schoolbox to all Australian systemic groups Own and lead responses to tenders, RFPs, and RFIs. Stakeholder Engagement & Product Knowledge Build strong, consultative relationships with other Schoolbox leaders. Develop strong expertise in the Schoolbox platform and Premier Partner products to deliver compelling demonstrations. Use Salesforce effectively to track opportunities and drive sales. About you 5-8 years of B2B SAAS sales experience , preferably in education or EdTech (but not essential). Proven success in growing ARR within a SaaS environment. Strong stakeholder management at C-suite level. Experience selling into Australian & New Zealand education sectors. Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. High-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach.
