Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills Skilled at managing multiple tasks while exceeding expectations Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive Preferably experienced in cold calling and outbound sales Energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient Prospecting and cold calling into target accounts to identify and qualify leads Clearly communicating Seismic’s value proposition to potential customers Building relationships and understanding business needs Researching prospective clients using web, social media, and CRM tools Documenting interactions and prospecting efforts in the CRM Ensuring lead quality and working with channel partners for follow-ups Collaborating with the sales team to build pipeline and achieve monthly targets Striving to exceed quotas and performance expectations Passion for sales and a drive to succeed 6 months of inside sales or relevant experience (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Familiarity with CRM systems A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At Seismic, we’re committed to providing benefits and perks for the whole self.
