What You’ll Be Doing: Motivate and guide a team of Service and Retention Consultants (Vet Nurses) to deliver excellent customer service and support. Develop strategies to ensure seamless pet insurance experiences, building strong client relationships and boosting retention. Offer advice and training on veterinary practices and client interactions, ensuring the team stays knowledgeable and confident. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement to optimise team performance and service quality. Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows, refine processes, and enhance client service and satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Qualified Veterinary Nurse or clinical Practice Managers with experience managing a team of at least 5 direct reports. Strong Leadership & Coaching Skills to guide, motivate, and develop your team effectively. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members. Customer-Centric with a passion for providing outstanding service and creating positive client experiences. Effective Problem Solver with the ability to manage complex client concerns with empathy and care.
