We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team. If you are committed to making a positive impact on young learners, we would love to hear from you Position Description: As an Early Childhood Teacher at Noah’s Ark Learning Academy, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing educational programs for children aged 0-5 years. You will create a supportive and enriching learning environment that fosters the emotional, social, cognitive, and physical development of each child. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing and delivering age-appropriate educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Observing, documenting, and assessing children's progress and planning activities that support their individual needs. Creating a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment. Collaborating with other educators and families to support children's development and well-being. Promoting inclusive practices that respect diversity and provide equitable opportunities for all children. Supporting children’s social and emotional development through guided activities and interactions. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Actively participating in team meetings, professional development, and training opportunities. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent At least 2-3 years’ proven experience in the field Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
