About the Role You’ll provide personalized care and community support to participants, helping them live with dignity and independence. Your tasks might include: Chats over coffee and shared meals. Assisting with household tasks. Supporting appointments, shopping, and community outings. You’ll also have opportunities to work in various settings, such as individual support shifts, group activities, long-term housing, respite programs, day trips, and high-care personal support. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport. Working With Children Check. NDIS Workers Screening Check (includes a Police Check). Manual handling certification.
