This position is with a well establsihed global business which designs, promotes and delivers high quality online education services. They partner with universities across Australia and to create tailored learning courses for students who wish to study online. About the role: You will be a leader in the sales team, managing consultants who are the first point of contact for students enquiring about studying online. You will train and coach consultants to improve their customer service, meet KPIs and optmisise their sales results. Contribute to maximised employee engagement through helping and inspiring the team. Undertake performance improvement and manage underperforming team members. Utilise sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop improved processes. About You: 2 years experience in a management role with experience leading, coaching and training a team. Phone based sales experience, and demonstrated success working towards and achieving sales KPI's. Hands on, self starter who comes to work with positivity and enthusiasm. Experience interpreting sales data and developing sales remedial plans. Excellent level of customer service and communication skills.
