Position Overview As a Project Engineer, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. You will support the development of project plans and budgets, manage risks and documentation, and provide technical guidance. You'll also ensure compliance with regulations and communicate progress to leadership. This role demands strong organisational skills, technical expertise, and collaboration to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities: Work with project teams to ensure successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established goals Coordinate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests Provide technical guidance and support to project team members Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Communicate project status and progress to senior management and other stakeholders Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical field Strong technical background in engineering or a related field Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Experience with project management software and tools We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone is valued.
