We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to build relationships , manage accounts , and drive growth in the Townsville region . Reporting to the State Manager this position offers competitive compensation and a hybrid work arrangement, primarily on the road with one office day a week. Why This Role? Competitive Package : $85,000 Super Vehicle Hybrid Work : Primarily on the road, one team office day weekly (initial 5 days in office for onboarding) Exciting Accounts : Manage 173 accounts shared across three Sales Account Managers , with the potential to generate up to $10 million in revenue Fast Turnaround : Typical sales order from quote to delivery can take as little as three days Diverse Client Base : From SMEs to large chains like Bunnings , MMEM , Reece Group , Trade Zone , and Bay RF Key Responsibilities Account Management : Maintain a call cycle , respond to queries from dealers, customers, and service partners, ensuring high satisfaction Training & Presentations : Conduct product trainings and sales presentations for clients and service partners New Business Development : Identify growth opportunities in the Townsville region, occasionally traveling regionally as required Revenue Generation : Aim to drive multi-million dollar revenue across the accounts Sales Coordination : Plan product sales , manage quotes, and oversee delivery within a three-day turnaround window when possible What We’re Looking For Preferred HVAC Experience: Your technical background will be crucial Sales Acumen : Proven track record in account management , relationship building , or business development Communication Skills : Ability to foster long-term relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate favorable terms Adaptability : Comfort working on the road , with occasional office days and regional travel Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with other Sales Account Managers and service teams Why Join Our Team?
