This role is situated in the Customer Concierge team and reports to the Manager, Customer Service, Customer Service Branch of Heritage NSW Heritage NSW sits within Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) which brings together a range of functions including cultural heritage management, national park management, biodiversity and conservation, climate change, sustainability, resilience and adaptation, renewable energy and energy security, and circular economy policy. In this role you will provide high-quality customer service and accurate, timely business support & administrative services in support of the operations of the Heritage NSW. About You You are a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, busy and diverse setting. You will possess strong attention to detail, the ability to multi-task as well as have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff and stakeholders.
