Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. Process orders, track shipments, and provide regular updates. Warehouse Operations: Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and documentation. Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch processes. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service and/or warehouse operations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office. A forklift license is advantageous but not essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
