Based onsite at our Brisbane Head Office, this is an exciting opportunity to join the Fleet Engineering team as a Project Engineer. This role is responsible for delivering key projects within the Alliance CAMO Fleet Engineering team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices in project management. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage key Fleet Engineering projects, including aircraft acquisition, lease, sale, and phase-out activities. Oversee fleet improvement and major modification projects while ensuring regulatory compliance. Implement and promote project management methodologies within the team. Establish, monitor, and report on project milestones and costs. Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial entities and regulatory bodies. Promote and uphold high standards of safety, security, and compliance. What’s in it for me? The role requires: A relevant aircraft engineer licence (B1, B2, or C) or equivalent qualification. OR a qualification in aircraft maintenance (Certificate IV level or higher). OR an engineering qualification (Diploma level or higher) in Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics. Experience in the aviation industry with a focus on fleet engineering. Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Does this sound like you?
