MC Drivers - Chinchilla The Role Toll People are currently seeking an experienced MC Driver for side loader operations to join our Dalby site. If you have experience in side loader operations and are looking for ongoing work with competitive pay, this opportunity is for you Role Overview: You will be employed on a casual ongoing basis, working Monday to Friday with possible weekend shifts. The role will typically involve starting at 7am and finishing around 5pm, with a pay rate of $42 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Operate side loader for various transport tasks Deliver rig and general freight, including oil & gas stores Perform water truck operations as required Safely manage and deliver freight to various sites Undertake a variety of tasks related to oil & gas deliveries and other general freight operations Working 5-6 days a week with flexibility of weekend work Load restraint knowledge & experience Daily Prestart checks of Prime Mover & Trailing Equipment. Driver Administration - POD's, Daily Run Sheets & ensuring you collect all the critical documents. Complying with Toll coupling & uncoupling procedures. Adhering to the policies, procedures & expectations as set out by Toll. Adhering to all Company & Customer OH&S legislative requirements. Ensuring your prime mover is clean and presentable on a daily basis Skills & Experience: Current MC Licence with a min 2yrs exp Experience driving Road Rangers a MUST Experience in oil & gas desirable Experience operating side loader desirable Positive attitude and good customer service skills High safety initiative Knowledge of the fatigue legislation and all safety facets surrounding the transport industry High attention to detail Ability to work alone and have initiative to plan your day with given deliveries and returns Use of Hammar side loaders desirable or willingness to learn Ability to complete multiple deliveries to multiple locations daily Benefits: Full on-site training provided Pay rate: $42.80 p/hour Ongoing communication and support - Employee Assistance Program for Employee & Families Safe working environment Modern fleet If you're interested in this role, please click on 'Apply'.
