You will manage inventory, process orders, and support our customers by ensuring their orders are accurately packed and dispatched on time. What You'll Do: Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision and care, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Assist with managing stock levels and ensuring the warehouse remains organised and efficient. Collaborate closely with the customer service team to address any issues related to order fulfilment. Process returns and exchanges, ensuring all items are handled appropriately. Work with our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ShipHero and Seko) to track orders and manage inventory. Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive warehouse environment. You Are: Experienced in warehouse operations, preferably within e-commerce or FMCG. Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy. Comfortable using digital tools and systems (like Shopify, ShipHero, and Google Sheets). Able to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. A team player with excellent communication skills.
