About the position As the first point of contact for our clients and brokers, you’ll be the friendly voice that helps Australian businesses and brokers navigate their journey with Moula. From the initial enquiry through to loan approval and settlement, you’ll provide expert support, making the process as fast and painless as possible. This role is all about building strong relationships, using your sales and customer retention skills to create great outcomes for our clients, broker network, and Business Development Managers. We’re not about following the status quo just for the sake of it - if there’s a better, faster way to get things done, we want to hear it. You’ll have the opportunity to challenge processes and find smarter solutions that benefit everyone involved. Key Responsibilities - Managing inbound enquiries for new business and servicing our existing clients - Efficient processing of loan applications within company policy - Making follow up calls to our brokers/BDM’s and clients to achieve the fastest outcome possible - Build on existing relationships with our broker network to foster future referrals for the growth of the business - Review credit decisions/outcomes, seeking enhancements - A thorough knowledge of our internal credit policies and the ability to articulate clearly and simply to all stakeholders - Achieving relevant individual KPI’s (sales performance metrics) - Maintaining strong data hygiene through CRM management (Salesforce) - Manage applications across all sales channels of the business - Acting as the main conduit between the client/broker and credit to ensure an excellent experience is provided at all times About you - Proven experience in direct/phone sales with a successful track record is a must - Energetic and self-driven - Challenge the status quo, look for better ways to get things done - Thrive in a fast-paced working environment, delivering quality, swift outcomes - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and rapport building skills - Ability to multitask, handle pressure and meet deadlines/sales KPI’s - Working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, CRM, Web based applications) - Comfortable adapting to change and growing with the business - Eager to learn new products and processes Reports to - Inside Sales Team Lead This position description is intended merely as a guideline of the responsibilities involved in the position.
