Solid work ethic and a responsibility to produce quality work every single day and care about our products Previous experience desired depending on roles, however, most roles offer on-the-job training Ability to work to a production schedule Safety mindset and the ability to follow safety procedures Work autonomously as well as part of a team Experience using hand tools There is some manual handling, so a medium level of physical fitness is required (although most lifting is machine-assisted and shared) Valid Forklift license and experience (if looking to be considered for Forklift operator role) Valid driver’s license (own transport is desirable but not mandatory) Our teams come from many backgrounds, and our years of service range from five to 25 years, with second generation employees common in our business.
