We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team and help us maintain our atomic design component across all online platforms. Role Overview: The UI/UX Designer will proactively manage the day-to-day operational requirements essential to the effective production of user interface and experience components for Pacvac. You will work collaboratively with all areas of the business to ensure our brand guidelines are upheld and our digital presence is optimized. Key Responsibilities: Live and breathe the Pacvac brand and act as a custodian of our brand guidelines. Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through surveys, interviews, and usability testing. Create user personas to represent ideal users based on research and guide design decisions. Develop information architecture to organize and structure content for easy navigation and findability. Design moodboards, wireframes, and prototypes to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity representations of the user interface. Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that meet user needs and business goals. Conduct usability testing to evaluate the user experience and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented correctly. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Create assets for social media, collateral, digital, eDM, and sales using UI design principles. Utilize project management skills to manage design projects effectively. Run surveys periodically with online customers to improve conversion rates and help achieve KPI targets. Apply a data-led approach to improve UI and UX on all our websites and apps. Desirable Skills: 3 years experience in a similar role or equivalent. Extensive knowledge of Figma, Sketch and other editing software. Experien in the use of Wordpress, Magento or similar CMS. Experience in email automation and workflow software tools, including Hubspot and Klayvio. Proficiency in using the Adobe Suite. Experience with Trell, Jira, Asana and Agile methodologies.
