About the role As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Champions to join our team, who have the passion for delivering customer centric support to our network. The position is permanent full-time, working Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:30pm, with flexible start and finish times. The role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and being the primary point of contact in responding to enquiries, providing customers with helpful and timely assistance and information, keeping customers informed of the status of their enquiries, effectively managing any complaints, issues or concerns that may arise in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions to ensure a seamless experience About You • Confident using multiple programs simultaneously and can prioritise and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. • Passionate about customer service and driven to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers. • Excellent active listener with strong written and verbal communication skills. • A team player that is driven to contribute to the team’s overall success. • Dedicated to ongoing improvement by identifying challenges, opportunities and implementing effective solutions. • Demonstrates composure and resilience under pressure, effectively navigating challenging situations. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Professional and friendly demeanour. • Proficient in use of the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs. • Customer Service experience within the transport industry will be well regarded.
