Media Licensing, Partnerships team have an excellent, fixed-term full-time (12 month contract) opportunity available for an experienced Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Media licensing queries across the Partnerships team. We are looking for a passionate professional with knowledge of the Music Industry and a meticulous work ethic. This position is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role works closely with other team members and Management to understand the rights within our licences to effectively address the needs of licensees and general customers. Media Licensing, Partnerships are responsible for managing clients across a range of industries including Record Labels, Government, Education, Airlines and Cinema. The role presents a wonderful opportunity to join a creative Media Licensing team, offering stellar customer service and the ability to showcase your CRM skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming queries through designated Media Licensing channels, responding promptly and professionally Provide accurate information about APRA AMCOS and OneMusic products Ensure knowledge articles are documented and updated, work with Account Manager, Partnerships to maintain Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure timely solutions Assist in the integration of AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy Actively contribute to the development of best practices and improvement of customer support processes Assist with research of works/productions for various licensing teams during peak periods We’re looking for someone who has: CRM knowledge or prior experience managing queries through a CRM platform Music copyright and Publisher ownership knowledge Previous experience in customer service. Intermediate ability in Microsoft Office Suites. Sound written and verbal communication skills. Ability to resolve issues autonomously. Proven ability to engage with stakeholders.
