We are seeking 2 Part Time and 1 Casual reliable and empathetic Female Disability Support Workers to provide overnight and daytime care to our client with a Cognitive impairment in the Woolgoolga area. Role Responsibilities: Provide personal care and overnight supervision as needed. Support community participation, encouraging social engagement and independence. Assist with morning routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Foster a supportive and engaging environment that aligns with the participant’s interests and emotional well-being. Work collaboratively with the participant and their support network to ensure a positive and meaningful care experience. Available Shifts - Tuesday: Community Participation: 1000-1200 Sleepover: 1800 - 900 (sleepover 2200-0600) Wednesday: Community Participation: 1000-1200 Sleepover: 1800 - 900 (sleepover 2200-0600) Friday: Community Participation: 1000-1200 Sleepover: 1800 - 900 (sleepover 2200-0600) Saturday: Community Participation: 1000-1200 Sleepover: 1800 - 900 (sleepover 2200-0600) Sunday: Community Participation: 1000-1200 Sleepover: 1800 - 900 (sleepover 2200-0600) Pay Rates (SCHADS Award) Part-Time - Plus annual and sick leave: Day: $33.03/hour Afternoon: $37.16/hour Active night: $37.98/hour Saturday: $49.55/hour Sunday: $66.06/hour Public holiday: $82.58/hour Casual - includes 25% loading: Day: $33.96/hour Afternoon: $37.36/hour Active night: $38.04/hour Saturday: $47.55/hour Sunday: $61.13/hour Public holiday: $74.72/hour (includes 25% casual loading) Required Licences/Credentials Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance - mandatory NSW Working With Children - Employee NDIS Worker Screening Check Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety, and You modules Why Work with Us?
