This role offers the opportunity to lead high-value fitout and refurbishment projects in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all project phases , from planning to completion . Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards . Lead and coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders . Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions. Maintain strict compliance with safety and industry regulations . Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors . What You’ll Need: Proven experience managing fitout and refurbishment projects . Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with clients . Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines . Thorough understanding of construction safety and compliance . Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools . Tertiary qualifications in construction or a related field are desirable. Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights .
