You must exhibit strong communication skills and be confident liaising with diverse stakeholder groups at all levels. You will be committed to delivering results, quality outcomes and excellent customer service. You will be required to build strong relationships across government agencies and other key stakeholders and bring a collaborative approach to information sharing, proactive planning, and effective development of key projects, as well as range of approval processes. The ability to manage multiple competing priorities whilst delivering within statutory timeframes is essential. Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems essential. About the role As Manager Customer Service, you will provide key updates and recommendations to senior leadership derived from your ability to analyse key customer data and apply learnings to inform strategy and design. Managing the day to day operations of Heritage NSW’s Customer Concierge team you will ensure the provision of high quality customer service & promote team engagement through a culture of learning and development.
