Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment . Compare supplier quotes to ensure cost efficiency . Work closely with construction teams, site staff, and suppliers . Support in preparing variation options and pricing adjustments . Maintain accurate records and update databases . Ensure project timeframes are met by assisting the team with administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For: Experience or a strong interest in residential construction . Strong administrative & organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. A proactive & motivated attitude with the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and teamwork skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with construction software is advantageous.
