Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts to ensure compliance and seamless project execution. Assist in procurement and negotiate subcontractor agreements . Monitor project budgets, cost forecasting, and expenditure control . Process progress claims, variations, and payment certificates . Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project delivery. Maintain accurate contract documentation and assist in risk mitigation strategies . What You’ll Bring: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator in construction or fitout projects . Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Economics, or related fields. Strong knowledge of contract management and cost control . Familiarity with construction software like Procore or Jobpac (preferred). Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills . Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights .
