We’re looking for passionate casual support workers to join our team and provide dedicated care at one of our SIL homes in Cambridge Park, supporting male clients with complex psychosocial disabilities. Flexibility is a must You’ll need to be open to assist with unplanned leave and be able to do sleepover shifts (3 PM–7 AM) and active night shifts (9 PM–6 AM). Active night shifts will involve accompanying our clients in the community, so a willingness to step outside the home environment and offer support during these hours is important If you're passionate about making a difference and have hobbies or interests to share, we’d absolutely love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who can confidently support individuals with different needs and bring positivity and enthusiasm to every shift. Your new role: Supporting adults with complex mental health and, intellectual and physical disabilities in an independent living model. Adhering to positive behaviour support and care support plans as directed by clinical teams and site managers. Encouraging capacity building to enhance clients’ current skills, such as hygiene, safe relationships, domestic duties, using public transport and accessing the community safely. Promoting choice and control and show willingness to participate in clients’ day to day routines, goals, and interests. What's in it for you? Casual rates starting from $42.28 per hour penalties.
