About the Opportunity We are a fun, energetic and talented team looking for someone who can help retain our current members engaged with our outstanding customer focused services, as well as identifying and reaching out to other WA businesses who may need our help. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to kickstart their sales career Responsibilities of a Sales Coordinator (internally known as Member Engagement Advisor ) include, but are not limited to: Make regular outbound phone calls and have online meetings with our clients to ensure we are delivering a high-level customer service and strengthen member retention. Answer member queries and provide expert guidance on our services. Build and maintain a target list of prospective Members. Identify member needs and craft tailored solutions by cross-promoting CCIWA’s products and services Utilise our CRM to document and manage pipelines, member interactions and enhance our data quality to drive success This role is available on a full-time permanent basis, based in Perth CBD. About you You will be a customer focused individual, ready to pick up the phone and engage with the person on the other end. You'll be motivated by hitting KPI's while also having a positive impact on businesses across WA. You will bring to our Member Engagement team the following: Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers to ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction. Sales driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets individually as well as a team Experience in a sales role and/or business development (ideally experience in B2B) is highly desirable but not essential Strong verbal and written communication skills and administrative skills Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems Approachable and enthusiastic, with a high level of personal accountability Police Clearance and Drivers Licence About CCIWA CCIWA is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that has been the voice of business for more than 130 years.
